Feel so depresss these days. Ever since i got promoted in my job, my mood swings very easily and tend to get moody very often.

Even though my job tasks now may b e same as before but my comittment is definitely higher. My confident get affected easily whenever i make mistakes., even a small mistakes. I just can't tolerate any mistakes made. I wan everything to b perfect. I wan to perform well in my job, not bcos i ni ppl to recognise me, but to prove to myself tat i can perform even though i dun have a high qualification.

We all have different views n thinkings so i can't expect my colleagues to accomodate my way of doings. I just hope that they can have a better understanding of how things shd work out. This can save both parties lot of precious time.
